As We Know Youtube is blocked in pakistan since 4 years but people using youtube with softwares and proxy sites but here is a tip to unblock youtube without any kind of software of proxy
just follow the procedure

| Right Click on Network icon and Open Network and Sharing Center |
 |
| Click On Connected Connection |
 |
| Click Properties |
 |
| Scroll Down and Click Internet Protocol Version 4 |
 |
| Click Use Following DNS Server Address And type preffered DNS value 8.8.8.8. Alternative DNS 8.8.4.4 click ok |
 |
| Go To browser and type https://www.youtube.com S is importannt |
 |
